Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made for PANDI A SIA L.P. (the “Property”) via our website, Beds24 channel manager, or third-party platforms. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Payment & Booking Policy

  • Full Payment: We do not require a deposit. The total amount of the reservation is charged in full at the time of booking or as specified in your offer.
  • MOTO Transactions: Payments are processed via MOTO (Mail Order / Telephone Order) or our secure payment gateway. By providing your card details, you authorize PANDI A SIA L.P. to charge the full amount of your stay.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Euros (€).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable: All bookings are strictly Non-Refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written individual booking offer.
  • No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be retained, and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

4. Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (State Tax)

In accordance with Greek Law, a daily “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee” is applicable to all stays.

  • This fee is not included in the room rate and must be paid separately upon arrival.
  • The current rate for 2026 is €8.00 per night (subject to government changes).

5. House Rules & Quiet Hours

  • Check-in: From 15:00
  • Check-out: Until 11:00
  • Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and the local community, quiet hours are observed from 15:00 – 17:30 (afternoon siesta) and 23:00 – 07:00 (night).
  • Smoking & Pets: Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Please consult your specific booking offer regarding pet policies.

6. Services Provided

As a Short-Term Rental property, we provide self-catering accommodation.

  • Included: Bed linen and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
  • Not Included: We do not provide breakfast, daily cleaning services, or guided tours.

7. Guest Registration (Legal Requirement)

Upon arrival, the primary guest is legally required to provide a valid Passport or National ID and, for Greek residents, a Tax ID (AFM). This information is used solely for the mandatory registration with the Greek Short-Term Rental Registry (AADE).

8. Liability & Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. PANDI A SIA L.P. reserves the right to charge the guest’s card for the cost of repairs or replacements.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Corfu.
